　　2. The casting surface of the flat plate should be sandblasted and flat, with firm painting.

　　3. On a flat working surface with accuracy registered as level 0-3, sand holes with a diameter less than 15mm are allowed to be blocked with the same material, and their hardness should be less than that of the surrounding materials. There should be no more than 4 sand holes blocked in the working face, and the spacing between the sand holes should not be less than 80mm.

　　4. The flat plate should be made of fine gray cast iron or alloy materials, and its working surface hardness should be 170-220HB.

　　5. Flat working surfaces should usually adopt scraping technology. The allowable value of surface roughness Ra for a level 3 flat working surface processed by scraping is 5um.

　　6. The flatness tolerance of the flat working surface is specified in Table 2.

　　7. The flat working face should undergo color comparison inspection when using scraping technology. The ratio of the contact point area displayed after research is specified in Table 3, or the number of contact points in a 25mm x 25mm square area is specified in Table 3, and the number of contact points between any 25mm x 25mm should not exceed 5.

　　Instructions for using cast iron T-groove platform (T-groove flat plate):

　　1. Before use, use non corrosive gasoline, wash the working surface with rust proof oil, and wipe it clean with degreased cotton yarn before use.

　　2. Temperature changes can cause measurement errors and should be used within the range of 20 ± 5 ℃.

　　3. Use a spirit level to adjust to the horizontal position, so that the fulcrums are evenly distributed on each fulcrum.

　　4. Be careful and avoid collisions when using.

　　5. After use, wipe clean, apply anhydrous and acidic rust proof oil, cover with moisture-proof paper, and store in a clean and dry place.

　　6. Weekly inspection period: The inspection period is generally one year.
